Job summary

PQShield is seeking a Product Marketing Director to translate breakthrough cryptography into compelling market narratives. You will own positioning, messaging, and global go-to-market plans, working with product, engineering, sales and leadership to drive differentiation and demand.

You’ll lead proof points, sales enablement, and thought leadership while shaping category narratives and accelerating customer adoption across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of marketing experience in product/technology or B2B fields.
• Proven ability to develop positioning and stories that change how markets understand a product or company.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; translate technical concepts into clear narratives.
• Experience marketing technical B2B products, ideally in cybersecurity, semiconductors, infrastructure, embedded systems or similar sectors.

Responsibilities

• Own the story: develop narrative, positioning, messaging and value propositions for market changes.
• Turn technical capability into customer value by collaborating with cryptographers, engineers and product leaders.
• Position the portfolio with clear messaging across hardware IP and software offerings.
• Understand customer problems, buying journeys, security requirements and regulatory pressures.
• Shape market narrative around post-quantum security and transition to quantum-safe systems.
• Lead product launches and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and partnerships.
• Equip the sales team with compelling presentations, briefs, case studies and battlecards.
• Develop differentiated buyer stories for semiconductors, automotive, military/aerospace, and enterprise.
