Job summary

Pqshield is seeking a Product Marketing Director to turn complex quantum-safe technology into stories that executives, engineers and buyers understand and act on. You will own how the company’s products, technology, and vision are positioned, communicated, and brought to market worldwide.

You’ll sit at the intersection of product, engineering, sales, customers, and the broader security market — translating breakthrough cryptography into compelling narratives for buyers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of marketing leadership in product/tech marketing.
• Ability to develop positioning and stories that change market understanding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; explain complex tech clearly.
• Strong storytelling to connect human, business and strategic narratives.
• Experience marketing technical B2B products, cybersecurity or related tech.
• Understanding of security/technology buyers; credible with CISOs/CTOs/engineers.
• Ability to work with cryptographers/engineers to translate tech into value.
• Commercial mindset: differentiate, create urgency, drive revenue.
• Experience launching products and enabling complex multi-stakeholder sales.
• Excellent strategic judgment and fast-moving narrative creation.

Responsibilities

• Own the story: develop narrative, positioning, messaging and value propositions.
• Translate technical capability into customer value without losing credibility.
• Position the portfolio: PQPlatform, PQPerform, PQCryptoLib, PQMicroLib with clear architecture.
• Understand the customer: insights on buying journeys, security requirements and adoption barriers.
• Shape category and market narrative for post-quantum security and quantum-safe systems.
• Lead product launches and go-to-market strategies for new products and partnerships.
• Equip the sales team with compelling presentations, briefs and battlecards.
• Develop buyer- and segment-specific stories for multiple industries.
• Own competitive storytelling and differentiate accordingly.
• Create white papers, thought leadership and customer stories.
• Develop stories that show why customers transition to post-quantum security.
• Collaborate across product, engineering, sales, partnerships and leadership.
