• Teaching according to pupils' educational needs.
• Assessing, recording and reporting on pupils’ development and attainment.
• Promoting the progress and well-being of pupils.
• Providing advice and guidance to pupils on education and future careers.
• Communicating with parents and colleagues and participating in meetings.
• Providing or contributing to oral and written assessments and references.
• Participating in staff development and reviewing teaching methods.
• Adhering to discipline, health and safety policies and safeguarding pupils.
• Participating in arrangements for public examinations and pastoral duties.
