Job summary

Henderson Group's EUROSPAR Doagh is seeking a Post Office Manager Level 1 in Doagh. This full-time role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am–5:30pm, with a pay rate of £13.70 per hour plus benefits. You will lead the Post Office daily, maximise sales, handle cash, complete admin duties and ensure outstanding customer care.

Travel to other Post Office branches may be required. Applicants should have a good standard of education, be proficient with Microsoft Office, and pass the P250 Vetting

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will be customer focused with the ability to lead a team as well as possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Cash handling experience.
• Previous experience in sales/active selling as well as working towards sales targets.
• A good standard of education.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office package.

Responsibilities

• Maximise sales and profit, and minimize loss, by carrying out allocated tasks in order to contribute to the continuous improvement of the Post Office and its staff.
• Serve customers according to the company procedures on customer satisfaction, leading in the successful daily operation of the Post Office branch.
• Handle & Balance cash accurately.
• Complete administration duties as required.
• Ensure an outstanding level of customer care at all times.
• Travel to other Post Office branches may be required as part of the job role.
• Complete other duties as required for the role.
