Job summary

Henderson Group’s EUROSPAR Doagh store is looking for a proactive Post Office Manager Level 1 to oversee daily Post Office operations in Doagh. You will lead a small team, deliver excellent customer service, manage cash handling and help drive sales within the branch.

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will maximise sales and ensure compliance with company procedures. The role demands a reliable, customer-focused leader with strong communication skills and back-office experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• Experience in sales and achieving targets.
• Back-office administrative experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Maximise sales and profit, and minimize loss, by carrying out allocated tasks in order to contribute to the continuous improvement of the Post Office and its staff.
• Serve customers according to the company procedures on customer satisfaction, leading in the successful daily operation of the Post Office branch.
• Handle & Balance cash accurately.
• Ensure an outstanding level of customer care at all times.
• Travel to other Post Office branches may be required as part of the job role.
• Complete other duties as required for the role.
