Job summary

Elekta, a leader in precision radiation therapy, invites applications for a part-time maternity cover role in Crawley. The Post Market Surveillance Administrator will support case management across SharePoint and Salesforce, ensuring timely regulatory records and accurate data entry.

The role is 20 hours per week on a fixed-term contract until August 2027. It offers growth within medical device compliance and exposure to regulatory reporting workflows.

Qualifications

• Technical education background; no prior work experience required.
• Structured and thorough approach with attention to detail.
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain new cases across SharePoint and Salesforce, ensuring information and tasks are accurate and up to date.
• Calculate regulatory reporting timelines and set appropriate deadlines for relevant teams.
• Monitor team inboxes, Salesforce queues and case reports, taking appropriate actions and assigning cases to the correct owners.
• Carry out vigilance checks to support timely reporting and prepare documentation for non-reportable cases.
• Assign completed cases for review and support case review activities.
• Investigate and document process deviations.
• Support the wider Post Market Surveillance team, with the opportunity to learn how reports for Regulatory Authorities are prepared.

What You’ll Do At Elekta

This is a part-time maternity cover position, working 20 hours per week on a fixed-term contract until August 2027. As a Post Market Surveillance Administrator, you'll support our Post Market Surveillance team with the administration and management of product cases, helping to ensure information is accurately recorded and cases are progressed within the required regulatory timelines.
