Job summary

Dwelly, a UK-based AI-enabled lettings and property management platform, seeks a Launch Manager (Post-M&A) to drive seamless client integrations across the UK. You will orchestrate the full launch cycle from onboarding to data migration and office consolidations, balancing operational excellence with human-centered transitions.

This role requires exceptional organization, analytical thinking, and top-tier communication as you travel to sites across the country.

Qualifications

Experience in operational, integration/launch roles or strategy consulting.
Strong organizational, analytical, and detail-oriented abilities.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in English and familiarity with UK business culture.
Willingness to travel across the UK and work on-site.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple integration projects across UK locations, overseeing onboarding and data migration.
Lead data transfer, process migration, and onboarding communications for new clients.
Resolve operational roadblocks and ensure all integration steps complete efficiently.
Own post-launch issue resolution and monitor risk in acquired businesses.
Coordinate on-site activities: accounting consolidation, office/lease terminations.
Monitor KPIs and health metrics of acquired units to preempt issues.
