Job summary

British Red Cross is seeking a Support Worker - Assisted Discharge to help patients after hospital stays at Royal Bournemouth Hospital and Poole Hospital. This permanent, full-time role is 21 hours per week, including weekends and bank holidays, with driving responsibilities.

You will provide practical and emotional support, welfare calls, shopping, home visits, and follow personalised plans. A full UK driving licence is required; the role includes flexible working and pension options.
