Job summary

Connect Legal Partners seeks a skilled professional to lead the post-completion team handling registrations, SDLT returns and lender requirements on commercial property matters.

You will allocate and manage caseloads, improve processes for speed, accuracy, and risk, and mentor the team while tracking KPIs and reporting on performance across GB and Northern Ireland.

Qualifications

• Experience in property law or conveyancing, ideally post completion, and some supervisory experience.

A national full service law firm with offices across the UK, acting for a wide mix of businesses, lenders, developers and public sector clients.

The role

You will lead the post completion team handling registrations, SDLT returns and lender requirements on commercial property matters. You will allocate and manage caseloads, improve processes for speed, accuracy and risk, and deal with complex queries and escalations. You will work closely with partners, solicitors and paralegals, train and mentor the team, track KPIs and report on performance. Matters run across both GB and Northern Ireland regulation.

What you will need

Experience in property law or conveyancing, ideally post completion, and some supervisory experience. An organised, methodical approach, good written and verbal skills and close attention to detail.
