Job summary

Henderson Scott represents a highly regarded national law firm seeking a Senior Post Completions Solicitor / Team Leader to head a growing Post Completions team within its Residential Property division.

The role blends technical conveyancing with people management, mentoring junior fee earners, driving quality and process improvements, and helping shape growth for a rapidly expanding team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' PQE (or equivalent experience).
• Strong residential conveyancing knowledge from instruction through to post completion.
• Previous supervisory or mentoring experience.
• Excellent technical and client management skills.
• A proactive and commercially minded approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of post completion specialists.
• Manage complex post completion matters, including Land Registry applications and requisitions.
• Review residential conveyancing files and advise on post completion requirements.
• Support training, development, auditing and quality assurance across the team.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to business growth initiatives.
• Play a key role in process improvement and operational excellence.

I'm currently working with a highly regarded national law firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Solicitor or Fee Earner (5+ PQE) to lead a growing Post Completions team within its Residential Property division.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys both the technical side of conveyancing and the people-management aspect of the role, with responsibility for mentoring junior fee earners, driving quality and process improvements, and helping shape the future direction of a rapidly expanding team.
