QED Legal Recruitment Limited in Altrincham is seeking a Bright and Ambitious Graduate or Post-Completions Professional to join a close-knit conveyancing team. The role focuses on post-completion and Land Registry processes, taking ownership to ensure timely and accurate registrations.

The successful candidate will handle Land Registry applications, DS1/DS3 forms, CN1 submissions, redemptions, notices and related documentation, coordinating with solicitors and lenders to meet deadlines.

Formación

• Strong understanding of post-completion procedures and Land Registry filings.
• Experience using the HM Land Registry portal is highly desirable.
• Ability to own the post-completion process and meet deadlines.
• Experience preparing DS1/DS3 forms and CN1 submissions.
• Accuracy and attention to detail with case management records.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the post-completion process from completion to registration.
• Lodge Land Registry documents electronically via the portal.
• Prepare and submit HM Land Registry applications.
• Manage the redemption process and ensure charges are dealt with.
• Deal with Land Registry charges, notices and restrictions.
• Obtain and process release documentation, DS1/DS3 and CN1 forms.
• Monitor applications and respond to requisitions.
• Ensure registrations are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain records and update the firm's case management system.
• Liaise with solicitors, fee earners, lenders and the Land Registry.
