Randstad Education seeks a Post-16 Pastoral & Student Success Coordinator in Bromley for term-time only employment. The post involves delivering group tutorials, mentoring, safeguarding, and close collaboration with staff during peak enrolment periods and college events.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2 in literacy and numeracy required.
• A degree in Youth Work or FE experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly group tutorials covering pastoral themes, safeguarding, study skills and career preparation.
• Manage a tutorial caseload averaging ~15 groups (~300 students).
• Conduct 1-to-1 mentoring sessions with SMART targets and progress checks.
• Lead attendance and behaviour interventions with curriculum teams and families.
• Monitor vulnerable student cohorts and coordinate with wellbeing/safeguarding teams.
• Support UCAS applications, personal statements and Gatsby benchmarks.
