Job Description:

Protocol Education is currently seeking learning support assistants to work in an outstanding special needs college in Southwark, starting immediately or from September 2025. The college looks for teaching assistants passionate about student learning and development. Responsibilities include supporting students one-to-one, assisting with life skills (cooking, washing, shopping), developing social skills, and working with students in recreational activities and vocational courses such as work placements. Recruitment is ongoing throughout the term.

The role:

• Located in Southwark, London
• Full-time, Monday to Thursday, with optional Fridays
