Protocol Education is currently seeking learning support assistants to work in an outstanding special needs college located in Southwark, starting immediately or from September 2025. This college is looking for passionate teaching assistants who are eager to try something new and are dedicated to students' learning and development. The role involves supporting students on a one-to-one basis, as well as working collaboratively within a team. Responsibilities include supporting students with life skills such as cooking, washing, shopping, developing social skills through community activities, and engaging in recreational and vocational courses, including work placements.

Pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This role is initially temporary, with potential for permanent placement later.
