Job Description

Protocol Education is currently seeking Learning Support Assistants to work in an outstanding special needs college located in Southwark, starting immediately or from September 2025. The college seeks passionate teaching assistants eager to support students' learning and development. Responsibilities include supporting students individually and in groups, assisting with life skills such as cooking, washing, shopping, developing social skills through community activities, and working in recreational and vocational settings like work placements.

The role includes:

• Location: Southwark, London
• Full-time: Monday to Thursday, with optional work on Fridays
• Long-term opportunity with job security
