Affinity Learning Partnership is seeking a dedicated individual to support students and staff at Affinity Academy. The role involves safeguarding, building positive relationships with students and staff, coordinating detentions and performing a range of administrative duties.

You will be a visible presence around the academy, assist with behaviour procedures, and work flexibly as part of a team while maintaining confidentiality and a calm, professional approach.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with or caring for children and young people.
• Ability to build positive, respectful relationships with students and adults.
• Good communication and organisational skills; professional, approachable and calm.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting high expectations.
• Flexible, practical approach and ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to take responsibility for behaviour procedures and admin tasks.
