Job summary

Nova Care Group is seeking dedicated Support Workers in the North East to provide compassionate care for young people in crisis. You will build trust, support daily routines, and help young people stabilise and progress in a safe environment.

The role requires strong people skills, resilience, and a willingness to learn. A full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK are essential. The position offers a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, competitive pay and funded NVQ qualifications.
