Nova Care Group is seeking dedicated Support Workers to help young people through crisis and development. The role offers a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, enhanced leave and private healthcare, with clear progression paths and funded NVQ qualifications.
Applicants should be flexible, empathetic, and capable of working across the North East. A Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK are required; sponsorship is not available.
