Job summary

Nova Care Group is seeking Support Workers in the North East. The role involves supporting young people through crisis and complex situations, using strong people skills to make a lasting difference.

A 4 on 4 off shift pattern, enhanced annual leave, private healthcare and pension support, plus funded NVQ levels 3 and 4, are offered to help you grow in your career. Applicants should be patient, resilient, and flexible, with a full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.

Requirements for our Support Workers:

We're looking for people who are ready to use their people skills to make a lasting difference in a rewarding new career, whether you've worked in demanding environments like the prison service, police, emergency services or the armed forces, you'll be:
