Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practice Leader to positively influence practice, support colleagues and improve everyday outcomes for the people we support in our services. This hands-on role will see you working with managers, Behavioural Support Practitioners and frontline teams to embed PBS, trauma-informed and person-centred practice.

You’ll lead by example - coaching colleagues, supporting PBS plans and helping teams deliver thoughtful, consistent support that

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and/or mental health needs.
• A good understanding of Positive Behaviour Support.
• Confidence in coaching and supporting others in practice.
• Strong communication skills and a values-led approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with coaching colleagues and supporting PBS plans to improve everyday outcomes.
• Collaborate with managers, Behavioural Support Practitioners and frontline teams to embed PBS and trauma-informed practice.
• Help teams deliver thoughtful, consistent support that enhances quality of life for the people we support.
• Be visible in services and foster a culture of compassionate, person-centred care.

We're seeking a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practice Leader who can positively influence practice, support colleagues and improve everyday outcomes for the people we support

In this hands-on role, you'll work alongside managers, Behavioural Support Practitioners and frontline teams to embed Positive Behaviour Support, trauma-informed and person-centred practice. You'll lead by example - coaching colleagues, supporting PBS plans and helping teams deliver thoughtful, consistent support that improves everyday outcomes for the people we support.
