Job summary

Autism Plus Limited in York is seeking a Positive Behaviour Support Partner to lead day-to-day delivery of PBS within the service. You will create, develop, and implement PBS Plans through regular assessment and observation of the people we support.

The role emphasizes a person-centred approach, collaboration with care staff, and upskilling teams in PBS principles; full-time, 37.5 hours per week, based in York.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Positive Behaviour Support plans.
• Ability to monitor & review PBS plans.
• Strong collaboration with care teams.

Responsibilities

• Construct PBS Plans promptly and accurately.
• Review PBS plans as needs change.
• Gather information via observation and questions.
• Liaise with staff across the patch to support needs.
• Assist Managers to implement PBS plans.
• Collaborate with health and social care professionals.
• Support teams to create aids like social stories.
