Job summary

Pink Tile Education Ltd in Haywards Heath, West Sussex, is seeking a Positive Behaviour Support Assistant to help primary pupils with SEMH needs access learning and grow in confidence by modelling calm, supportive behaviour.

A specialist SEMH primary school in Haywards Heath is looking for a Positive Behaviour Support Assistant to work closely with pupils who need additional emotional and behavioural support to access learning and thrive in school.

The Role:

• Supporting primary-aged pupils with SEMH needs throughout the school day
• Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional regulation
• Building trusted relationships with pupils to help them feel safe and supported
• Working alongside teachers to promote engagement in learning
• Supporting social skills, confidence, and independence
