No two days are the same, but every day you will help a young person achieve something they may not have thought possible.

About the Role
This isn't a typical classroom support role.As a Behaviour Learning Support Assistant, you'll work closely with a small number of pupils, often providing 2:1 support, helping them feel settled, engaged and ready to take part in their day.
Our learners may experience challenges with communication, emotional regulation or behaviour. Your role will be to provide the consistency, structure and encouragement they need to navigate those challenges safely and positively.
You'll get to know each learner as an individual — what they enjoy, what helps them feel comfortable, what can be difficult for them and how best to support them.
You'll work alongside teachers, therapists and other professionals to put agreed strategies into practice and help create an environment where learners can develop their confidence and independence.
It's about understanding what someone needs, not simply reacting to what they do.
