Zusammenfassung

Matalan is seeking a VM POS Coordinator to support planning and delivery of point-of-sale materials across the retail estate. You will work with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure campaigns meet brand standards and store requirements.

The role involves maintaining schedules, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and supporting day-to-day delivery issues to drive successful campaign execution across UK stores.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in POS or retail marketing support.
• Experience supporting campaign, POS or project delivery from brief to implementation is desirable.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.

Aufgaben

• Assist with POS planning and delivery across seasonal campaigns and promotions.
• Coordinate POS activity with VM, Marketing, Buying, Store Ops and suppliers.
• Maintain trackers, production schedules and approval logs; ensure deadlines are met.
• Support POS lifecycle from brief through to allocation, delivery and post-campaign review.
• Check artwork, messaging and store communications for accuracy and alignment.
