- Strong visual merchandising knowledge and commercial awareness.
- Experience with store operations and planograms.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high visual merchandising standards across all store departments per guidelines.
- Plan and coordinate seasonal launches and visual changes.
- Work with Store Manager to align visuals with performance goals.
- Coach store colleagues and VM advisors to build capabilities.
- Manage day-to-day product presentation and planogram integrity.
- Oversee in-store POS activity and ensure timely deployment.
- Coordinate visual activity outside peak hours to minimise disruption.
