Matalan in Swindon is seeking a Resourceful VM Manager to uphold high visual merchandising standards across the store. You will ensure brand guidelines are applied consistently, optimize product presentation, and adapt layouts to support commercial priorities and enhance the customer journey.

You will work with the Store Manager and Regional VM Manager to plan seasonal launches, train colleagues, and maintain planogram integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering VM standards across departments.
• Ability to plan seasonal launches and visual changes.
• Strong collaboration with store leadership.
• Proficient in design software (Photoshop, InDesign).
• Attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsabilités

• Drive VM standards across all departments in line with company guidelines.
• Plan and coordinate seasonal launches, campaigns and visual changes.
• Coordinate with Store Manager and Regional VM Manager to align visuals with performance goals.
• Coach and develop store colleagues to build VM capabilities.
• Maintain planogram integrity and visual principles across departments.
