Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group is seeking a Portions Sealing Machine Minder to ensure Proseal/Bizerba machines run correctly in the sealing room and to maintain product quality throughout packaging. You will complete paperwork, follow procedures and coach others on customer spec sheets to meet weight and size requirements.

The role requires good literacy, numeracy, and English, with the ability to handle unexpected events and work well in a team in a pressurised environment to hit deadlines.

Qualifications

• Highly literate and numerate.
• Flexible in approach; can prioritise tasks.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Ability to respond calmly to unplanned events.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Proseal/Bizerba machines in the sealing room run correctly when packaging retail products.
• Complete the required paperwork and follow procedures.
• Maintain product quality and report any defects or deviations to specifications.
