LGBT Jobs is seeking a Transformation Manager to join our Transformation team in Warwick. This hands-on role supports a portfolio of programmes, turning ambitions into concrete plans, with structure, pace and practical delivery.

You’ll work with stakeholders across the business, maintain milestones and governance, manage risks, and ensure alignment with wider transformation priorities. We expect strong planning, stakeholder engagement and a proactive, independent approach.

Competenze

• Strong planning, organisation, and stakeholder management.
• Experience supporting transformation, change or complex delivery programmes in a business environment.
• Strong project management capability, including planning, milestone management, action tracking, dependency management and RAID controls.
• Ability to work across multiple programmes with varying levels of maturity and bring structure, clarity and consistency.
• A proactive self-starter who can identify where value can be added, structure the work needed and drive progress independently.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to break down complex problems, understand root causes and translate them into tangible actions.
• Confident stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence, challenge and support business teams constructively and build trusted working relationships.
• Understanding of portfolio delivery principles, programme governance and the importance of critical path and dependency visibility.
• Ability to connect programme activity with wider transformation priorities, identifying opportunities to align plans, share insight and avoid duplication across related initiatives.
• Experience of operating in a regulated, operational or infrastructure environment would be beneficial.

Mansioni

• Support programme leads and business owners to develop robust programme plans, milestones, deliverables and delivery routines.
• Drive consistency in how programmes across the portfolio are structured, governed, reported and managed.
• Identify, track and progress risks, issues, dependencies and actions across multiple programmes.
• Maintain delivery momentum by following up actions, challenging slippage and escalating barriers where required.
• Provide productive challenge to programme teams to ensure delivery plans, governance and execution remain robust, realistic and aligned to intended outcomes.
• Support the development of clear outcomes, benefits, value cases, success measures and KPIs for programmes where these are not yet mature.
• Help identify dependency clashes, gaps and areas of misalignment between programmes, escalating these into portfolio planning and governance.
• Ensure programmes remain aligned to wider transformation initiatives, portfolio priorities and related change activity, helping teams understand where their work connects and where decisions or dependencies need to be joined up.
• Provide targeted support where needed to help structure scope, shape delivery plans, progress actions or clarify value, while ensuring ownership remains with the accountable business owners.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the business, transformation teams and programme communities to support joined-up delivery, clear communication and shared ownership of outcomes.
• Operate independently within the Transformation team, while actively collaborating with colleagues where needed to share insight, align approaches and support a consistent experience for stakeholders and programme teams.
• Contribute to a single, joined-up view of portfolio progress, risks, milestones, benefits and decision points, providing clear insight and narrative so leaders can make informed decisions with confidence.
• Raise overall programme maturity across the portfolio through practical project management support, coaching and simple, effective ways of working.
