Responsibilities of a Portfolio Manager

• Tenant Acquisition: Secure high-quality tenants for a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction
• Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance tenant suitability and optimise property use
• Routine Inspections: Carry out regular property inspections to identify maintenance requirements and uphold high property standards
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and excellent service delivery
• Workload Management: Monitor workloads to ensure deadlines are met and service levels are consistently maintained.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Portfolio Manager

• Excellent sales and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence outcomes
