YouGov is seeking a permanent, full-time Portfolio/Project Manager to lead the Enterprise Systems & IT Portfolio delivery. The role focuses on preparing and mobilising projects, building business cases and governance, then transitioning into delivery across two senior leaders’ portfolios.

You will own RAID logs, drive planning discipline, manage vendor interactions, and report benefits realisation while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful go-lives and sustained value.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record delivering business and IT change end-to-end.
• Strong business case and ROI development including cost/benefit modelling.
• Fluent in planning, RAID management, governance, stakeholder management and status reporting.
• Experience running projects involving vendor selection and third-party delivery partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, credible with senior leadership.
• Comfortable working across multiple concurrent projects and two reporting lines.
• Recognised project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, APM PMQ, PMP or Agile/Scrum.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and mobilise projects: build business cases, plans and governance with ROI focus.
• Create resourced project plans with milestones, dependencies and critical paths.
• Establish and maintain RAID logs as portfolio-wide truth source.
• Stand up governance: decision logs, requirements traceability, steering cadence and approvals.
• Produce comparable status reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Support vendor evaluation and procurement inputs for system selections.
• Transition prepared projects into execution and manage day-to-day delivery.
• Control scope, change, risk, issues and benefits throughout delivery lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers across portfolios.
• Track and report benefits realisation against business case.
• Hand over to business-as-usual and conduct post-implementation review.
