Job summary

Leonardo UK in the United Kingdom is seeking a Portfolio Reporting Lead to drive portfolio-level reporting, analytics, and governance across programmes. You will transform data from multiple sources into clear insights for senior leaders and customers, delivering accurate, timely information to support informed action.

Qualifications

• Experience in portfolio, programme, PMO or performance reporting environments.
• Ability to translate data into meaningful business insight.
• Experience producing complex portfolio or programme reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Advanced reporting and visualisation in Power BI and Excel.
• High attention to detail and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of portfolio-level reporting for internal governance and external customer requirements.
• Consolidate information from multiple programmes to provide a joined-up view of portfolio performance.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, risks, opportunities and actions.
• Develop dashboards, reporting packs and visualisations to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with programme managers, finance, project controls and PMO to improve reporting quality.
• Provide assurance on data accuracy and integrity, challenging assumptions where needed.
• Support delivery of customer reporting commitments and deadlines.
• Drive automation, standardisation and simplification of reporting processes.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders for informed decisions.
