Nunn Hayward LLP in Gerrards Cross is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to join our growing team. You will manage a diverse portfolio, build strong client relationships and contribute to ongoing development of people and processes.

The role requires ACA or ACCA, the ability to manage clients independently, and a proactive approach to financial reporting including statutory accounts, management accounts and VAT returns. Hybrid working offered after probation.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualification with strong practice experience.
• Experience managing a client portfolio independently.
• Skilled in preparing and reviewing statutory accounts, management accounts and VAT returns.
• Commercial awareness with understanding of practice performance metrics.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.
• Organised, proactive and solutions-focused with leadership potential.

Responsabilités

• Manage your own portfolio of clients and be their main contact for statutory accounts, management accounts and queries.
• Prepare and review management accounts and VAT returns.
• Build strong client relationships and provide proactive advice.
• Line-manage and mentor junior team members; support workload planning.
• Promote a positive, professional team culture and ensure timely delivery.
