About the Role

Acuity is seeking a dynamic and experiencedPortfolio Managerto join our team on a12-month maternity cover contract. In this pivotal role, you will lead and evolve front of house services across a portfolio of prestigious London properties, ensuring exceptional service delivery, strong client relationships, and high-performing teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship & Service Excellence

Build and maintain trusted partnerships with clients, aligning with their long-term goals and values.
Lead regular business reviews and propose tailored service enhancements.
Support CSR, sustainability, and community engagement initiatives.
Drive innovation and service excellence through industry insights and best practices.

Team Leadership & Development

Recruit, mentor, and manage front of house teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Conduct performance reviews and support individual development plans.
Oversee onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching.
Foster a culture of recognition, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.

Operational & Quality Assurance

Ensure compliance with ISO standards and health & safety regulations.
Maintain accurate documentation, SOPs, and site manuals.
Lead mobilisation of new accounts and support TUPE processes.
Manage systems such as Timegate and Agresso for scheduling, payroll, and reporting.

Financial & Commercial Management

Manage operational budgets and maintain agreed profit margins.
Monitor and manage costs, billing, and payroll accuracy.
Identify and propose new business opportunities and service enhancements.
