We are proud to be working on an exclusive basis with a growing and forward-thinking student accommodation provider to appoint a Portfolio Manager for their London region. About the Role

You’ll be responsible for managing a regional portfolio of student homes, overseeing everything from lettings and move-ins to maintenance coordination, compliance, and tenant experience. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be expected to keep things running smoothly and spot opportunities to improve how the portfolio performs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage lettings cycles, move-ins, and property handovers
  • Oversee maintenance coordination, refurbishments, and presentation standards
  • Handle escalated issues such as arrears, complaints, and council tax queries
  • Support and liaise with internal teams, site staff, and regional leadership
  • Onboard new properties into the portfolio and ensure compliance is maintained
  • Monitor KPIs and provide regular reporting to your Regional Manager
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of summer operations, including large-scale move-ins
  • Suggest and support improvements to internal systems and processes

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience managing student accommodation, BTR, HMO, or residential property portfolios
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple properties and tasks at once, particularly during peak seasons
  • Detail-focused and confident using tech and property systems
  • A proactive, calm, and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential
