ABOUT THE JOB

  • Monitor KPIs of dynamic sourced accommodations and partners
  • Derive actions on destination level from group dynamic strategy and ensure compliance with group strategy on destination level
  • Pricing and trading of dynamic products for selected source markets
  • Align assigned dynamic pricing and yielding with wholesale pricing and trading strategies
  • Negotiate deals and discounts with dynamic suppliers and ensure those deals are utilized in the sales platforms
  • Negotiate and renew frame contracts with the assigned partners
  • Set strategic goals and monitor compliance with assigned partners, derived from group dynamic strategy
  • Escalation contact for partners
  • Establish excellent partner relationships
  • Lead and participate in internal and international strategy projects
  • Market soundings on trends, benchmarks, new competitors
  • Ensure a differentiated view of all relevant sales channels (online/offline)

ABOUT YOU

  • A confident professional with experience in dynamic accommodation sourcing and a strong knowledge and network in at least one of TUI’s source markets
  • Degree in economics or related field
  • Experience in contracting and product management
  • Solid experience working with bed banks and a strong network among dynamic accommodation partners (especially Bedbanks, Hotel chains, Technology providers)
  • Extensive knowledge of the hotel and tourism industry, especially about structures and competitor landscape in the dynamic market segment
  • Proven skills in managing relationships with large companies and complex processes
  • Proficient in MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote)
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and understand how different systems integrate from sourcing to customer-facing sales platforms
  • Basic IT understanding and experience with visualization tools
  • Fluent business English (written & spoken)
  • Innovative mindset and trend awareness
  • Strong relationship-building skills in an international environment, with experience influencing multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with cultural sensitivity across markets
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to identify obstacles in partner relationships and create win-win solutions
  • Extended overseas travel required to understand the product line and attend meetings
  • Ability to think commercially and strategically, balancing operational needs and broader business impacts
  • Customer-focused mindset, understanding internal and external customer needs
  • Cross-geographical knowledge to make informed decisions beyond your immediate area
  • Motivated to understand technical processes end-to-end and drive automation
