A leading company in housing management is seeking a Housing Management Officer to oversee a portfolio of temporary accommodations. The role includes managing tenancies, ensuring property standards, and providing support to clients. Ideal candidates will have experience in residential lettings and a strong customer service background.
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will manage a temporary accommodation portfolio comprising contracted housing management services through MHM’s registered providers. You will be responsible for tenancy management, tenancy sustainment, income management, welfare benefits advice, ensuring properties are in good condition, and health and safety risks are identified and corrected. This role is mobile-based, covering one primary location.
