Customer Focus

You’ll need to be customer focused – always friendly, polite and super helpful. Be prepared to be busy! Excellent time management and organisational skills are a must.

Responsibilities

You will:

1. Organise all necessary maintenance and repairs for a property portfolio.
2. Monitor rental payments.
3. Liaise with landlords and tenants to organise tenancy renewals and adherence to all contractual obligations.

Team Contribution

You will have your own targets, but most importantly you’ll be supporting and contributing to a busy, successful team.
