Job Title: Senior Portfolio Manager
Location: Clifton
Salary: £28,000 basic + OTE £34,000 (uncapped pooled commission)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 5:30pm

An established and award-winning lettings agency in Clifton is seeking an experienced Senior Portfolio Manager to join its high-performing team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse property portfolio while playing a key role in client service and operational delivery.

The position is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with prior experience in property management. While student lettings experience is advantageous, it is not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for portfolio landlords

Oversee day-to-day portfolio operations, including maintenance and compliance

Support and mentor junior team members

Handle tenant and client queries with professionalism and efficiency

Manage and resolve complaints in line with company standards

Coordinate and deliver student changeover projects

Conduct routine property inspections and action follow-ups

Ensure ongoing adherence to current lettings legislation

Key Requirements:

Previous experience in residential property management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational ability and attention to detail

Proven ability to manage client expectations and resolve issues

Motivated, driven, and able to work independently

Full UK driving licence

Working knowledge of lettings legislation and regulatory requirements

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure

Basic salary of £28,000 with uncapped OTE of £34,000

25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with service

Full funding for ARLA Propertymark qualifications and membership

Ongoing professional development and in-house training
