Job summary

Zenith Group in the UK is seeking a Portfolio Demand Analyst to join the Group Change & Transformation team at Kirkstall Forge, Leeds, with a hybrid agile working approach. The role ensures accurate portfolio and demand information, governance, high-quality reporting and efficient portfolio processes to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience in portfolio, project, PMO, or demand management environments.
• Proven ability to produce accurate reporting and management information.
• Advanced working knowledge of monday.com including boards, workflows, automations and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Administer and act as the SME for monday.com across portfolio and demand management activities.
• Maintain accurate portfolio, demand and delivery data to support governance and decision-making.
• Produce reporting, dashboards and management information for a range of stakeholders.
• Analyse portfolio data to identify risks, issues, trends, dependencies and opportunities.
• Support demand intake processes and the progression of work through delivery lifecycles.
• Coordinate portfolio activities and ensure key actions are tracked and completed.
• Drive continuous improvement of portfolio processes, reporting and tooling.

We are currently looking for a Portfolio Demand Analyst to join our Group Change & Transformation team. Based at Kirkstall Forge, Leeds, with a hybrid agile working approach, this role is central to ensuring accurate portfolio and demand information, effective governance, high-quality reporting and efficient portfolio processes that support business decision-making and delivery priorities.

You'll join a team focused on portfolio oversight, demand management and business change, helping to provide transparency, improve processes and support the successful progression of work across the organisation.

What's the Role

• Administer and act as the subject matter expert for monday.com across portfolio and demand management activities
• Maintain accurate portfolio, demand and delivery data to support governance and decision-making
• Produce reporting, dashboards and management information for a range of stakeholders
• Analyse portfolio data to identify risks, issues, trends, dependencies and opportunities
• Support demand intake processes and the progression of work through delivery lifecycles
• Coordinate portfolio activities and ensure key actions are tracked and completed
• Drive continuous improvement of portfolio processes, reporting and tooling

What Can You Offer

• Experience within portfolio, project, PMO, demand management or similar business administration environments
• Strong experience producing accurate reporting and management information
• Advanced working knowledge of monday.com, including boards, workflows, automations and dashboards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate activities effectively
• Confidence working with stakeholders across business and technology functions
• Experience with Excel, Power BI, transformation or technology environments would be advantageous
