Job summary
Zenith Group in the UK is seeking a Portfolio Demand Analyst to join the Group Change & Transformation team at Kirkstall Forge, Leeds, with a hybrid agile working approach. The role ensures accurate portfolio and demand information, governance, high-quality reporting and efficient portfolio processes to support decision-making.
You'll work with a team focused on portfolio oversight, demand management and business change, helping provide transparency, improve processes and progress work across
Qualifications
- Experience in portfolio, project, PMO, or demand management environments.
- Proven ability to produce accurate reporting and management information.
- Advanced working knowledge of monday.com including boards, workflows, automations and dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Administer and act as the SME for monday.com across portfolio and demand management activities.
- Maintain accurate portfolio, demand and delivery data to support governance and decision-making.
- Produce reporting, dashboards and management information for a range of stakeholders.
- Analyse portfolio data to identify risks, issues, trends, dependencies and opportunities.
- Support demand intake processes and the progression of work through delivery lifecycles.
- Coordinate portfolio activities and ensure key actions are tracked and completed.
- Drive continuous improvement of portfolio processes, reporting and tooling.
