Botham Accounting is seeking a Portfolio/Client Manager to oversee a portfolio of ambitious SMEs, acting as the trusted adviser on financial strategy and business growth.

You will develop client relationships, deliver strategic insights, and lead collaborative client meetings with Directors, while mentoring junior staff. The role offers hybrid working, mentorship through our Management Academy, and a salary between £50,000 and £60,000 per year.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years' practice experience in a professional accounting setting with client relationships.
• Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, AAT, or CIMA) with client-facing experience.
• Proficient in cloud accounting software and Excel.
• Strong communicator capable of translating complex information into actionable insights.
• Commitment to clients' success and big-picture thinking.
