Qualifications

• Experience in an accountancy practice requiring independent client management.
• Strong technical accounts and tax knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Wamiliarity with client accounting and advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of SME and owner-managed clients.
• Prepare and review statutory accounts.
• Prepare Corporation Tax and Self-Assessment tax returns.
• Produce management accounts and provide financial information.
• Respond to client queries and provide day-to-day accounting support.
• Review bookkeeping and VAT work.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Review work produced by junior team members.
• Mentor junior colleagues.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and advice.
• Manage workload and deadlines.
