National Grid in Warwick is hiring a Portfolio Analyst to support portfolio governance, planning and reporting in a hybrid role. You’ll combine business analysis with financial tracking to turn project data into actionable insights for UK and US teams.

You’ll work across Finance, Project Management, Data, and Technology to deliver reliable, decision-ready reporting and governance materials. This is a hands-on role with exposure to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting portfolio governance, reporting and financial tracking.
• Ability to turn complex information into clear, decision-ready reporting.
• A proactive, analytical mindset with strong stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate portfolio reporting including progress, finances, benefits and risks.
• Produce clear reporting and analysis for governance forums and reviews.
• Support investment planning, forecasting and financial management with Finance and project teams.
• Track budgets, forecasts, benefits and portfolio performance, identifying variances.
• Capture decisions, manage risks, and track actions within governance processes.
• Prepare concise updates for operational and senior audiences.
• Collaborate with Finance, Product, PMO and Technology teams across UK/US.
