Job summary
REED Technology is recruiting a Portfolio Analyst for a hybrid contract in Leicester. The role supports a newly established Portfolio Office, governance, reporting, benefits realisation and assurance across a complex transformation programme.
You will partner with senior stakeholders and programme teams to deliver portfolio governance and meaningful insights to guide leadership decisions.
Qualifications
- Experience as Portfolio Analyst, PMO Analyst or similar role.
- Strong portfolio reporting and governance experience.
- Experience producing management information and performance reporting.
- Knowledge of programme and project lifecycle methodologies.
- Experience tracking risks, issues, dependencies and benefits realisation.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting tools.
Responsibilities
- Establish and embed portfolio governance processes and reporting.
- Maintain a clear view of programme performance and insights for decisions.
- Support governance meetings, boards and review forums.
- Track progress, risks, dependencies and milestones.
- Monitor delivery of benefits, outcomes and savings initiatives.
- Produce portfolio-level reporting, dashboards, and MI.
- Provide assurance and challenge to keep programmes on track.
- Support gateway reviews and investment decision-making.
