Job summary

REED Technology in Leicester is recruiting a Portfolio Analyst for a large transformation programme. The role is hybrid and initially fixed-term for 6 months, paying £350-£400 per day (Umbrella).

You will join a newly established Portfolio Office to support governance, reporting, benefits realisation and assurance across a diverse programme landscape. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and programme teams to provide insight, track performance, and contribute to strategic

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Portfolio Analyst, PMO Analyst, Programme Analyst or similar role
• Strong portfolio reporting and governance experience
• Experience producing management information and performance reportingKnowledge of programme and project lifecycle methodologies

Responsibilities

• Supporting portfolio governance meetings, boards and review forums
• Tracking programme progress, risks, dependencies and key milestones
• Monitoring the delivery of benefits, outcomes and savings initiatives
• Producing portfolio-level reporting, dashboards and management information
• Providing assurance and challenge to ensure programmes remain on track
• Supporting project gateway reviews and investment decision-making
• Working with stakeholders across the organisation to maintain accurate portfolio data
• Contributing to the development of portfolio management standards, processes and best practice
• Supporting prioritisation and resource planning activities across multiple programmes
