Job summary

La Fosse in London is seeking an experienced Portfolio Business Partner to join its Change & Transformation function on an 8-month fixed‑term contract. You will support portfolio planning, governance, and data‑driven insights to senior stakeholders.

The role requires strong experience in change and transformation, governance and portfolio analytics, plus the ability to develop KPIs, dashboards and effective stakeholder relationships in a complex matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Experience within change and transformation across complex portfolios.
• Governance and portfolio management experience, including tracking delivery, risks, dependencies and outcomes.
• Strong analytical capability to turn portfolio data into insights and recommendations.
• Experience developing KPIs, reporting and dashboards to monitor portfolio health and performance.
• Strong stakeholder management across business and leadership teams.
• Experience in complex matrix environments.
• Understanding of Agile / Lean portfolio management principles is beneficial.

Location: London I Hybrid: 2 days office / 3 days WHF

THIS IS A 8 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT

I’m currently partnering with a well-established organisation looking for an experienced Portfolio Business Partner to join its Change & Transformation function on an 8-month fixed-term contract.

This is a key role within the transformation portfolio, supporting the alignment of strategic priorities with change initiatives while providing strong governance, portfolio oversight and data-driven insight to senior stakeholders. The successful candidate will help drive portfolio planning, performance tracking, reporting and informed decision-making.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience within change and transformation, ideally across complex, end-to-end transformation portfolios
• Excellent governance and portfolio management experience, including tracking delivery, risks, dependencies and outcomes
• Strong analytical capability, with the ability to turn portfolio data into meaningful insights and recommendations
• Experience developing and using KPIs, reporting and dashboards to monitor portfolio health and performance
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across business and leadership teams
• Experience working within complex matrix environments
• An understanding of Agile / Lean portfolio management principles would be beneficial
