Job summary

Triumph Consultants Limited in the United Kingdom seeks two Portfolio Analysts to support a Portfolio and Local Government Reorganisation Programme, embedding governance and providing assurance across programme delivery.

You will collect, validate and analyse data to support reporting, dashboards and decision-making, tracking milestones, risks, dependencies and benefits while collaborating with delivery teams and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent analytical experience.
• Experience collecting, validating and presenting complex information.
• Experience in projects, programmes or PMO activity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, especially Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
• Understanding of programme reporting, RAID, milestones, dependencies and benefits tracking.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate and analyse programme and portfolio data for reporting and dashboards.
• Track progress, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and benefits.
• Produce portfolio reports, dashboards and briefing materials for senior stakeholders.
• Maintain registers, RAID logs, action trackers and schedules.
• Support programme planning and assurance with delivery teams.
• Improve reporting templates and PMO processes.
