Job summary

Office for National Statistics (ONS) seeks a Portfolio Analyst to support delivery confidence across a portfolio of programmes and projects. You will bring together milestone reporting, performance measures and risks to inform senior leaders and support decision making.

The role requires SC Clearance and may prioritise candidates with active security clearance. This is a hybrid role with occasional travel to the Titchfield office in Hampshire.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience across the analysis of risk management data delivery.
• Portfolio analysis experience and skillset.
• Stakeholder engagement at all levels including leadership teams.
• Experience forecasting risk and data as part of a busy role.

Responsibilities

• Leads the development of portfolio confidence reporting to senior leaders with clear assessments of delivery predictability and risks.
• Leads portfolio governance, reporting and assurance support with independent challenge and recommendations.
• Provides leadership for portfolio analysis, governance and reporting to build trusted relationships with senior leaders.
