I am seeking a Portfolio Analyst (Solar) to join a rapidly growing Investment Fund based in London, with an additional office in Glasgow. Our client manages over 590MW of energy assets across the solar, wind, reserve power, and storage sectors.

This role will report to the managers of the Rooftop and Ground Mount Solar Portfolios. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the performance of these portfolios, collaborating with the broader Solar team, receiving support from the Data team, and working closely with contractors.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring asset performance and analyzing KPI variances to proactively identify performance issues.
• Managing technical projects aimed at maximizing long-term performance.
• Directly managing contractors to ensure compliance with commercial and technical contractual requirements.
• Reviewing contractor maintenance reports and activities to ensure they meet contractual obligations and best practices, and ensuring corrective actions are completed to a high standard.
• Supporting health and safety compliance across the solar portfolio by coordinating between contractors and advisors, ensuring timely implementation of resolutions, and adherence to H&S policies.
• Conducting audit site visits, as needed, and delivering inspection reports.
• Onboarding new acquisitions into internal systems and asset management processes.
• Providing support and advice to the wider team and driving team objectives.
