Responsibilities

• Develop portering standards and operating procedures across the GSTT estate.
• Identify opportunities for service development from external changes or internal innovation.
• Lead a management team overseeing nearly 180 portering staff.
• Drive a safety culture with the team and suppliers to ensure a safe environment for patients, staff and visitors.
• Establish and review strategy, policy, business plans and forecasts related to portering.
